Courier cancelled

So this morning I spoke to the DNA company here in the NL and asked if we couldn’t buy steriled cotton in Mashhad and his answer was; “Oh sure yes you could do that too.”

The courier is cancelled.

So this is what is going to happen.

Reza, my friend in Mashhad, is helping me out with everything which needs to be done over there. He speaks to Zahra, Tayebeh’s daughter, and he will bring two cotton samples to Tayebeh and be there if she’s got questions, I will be there on his mobile phone to experience the moment all together. This will be somewhere this week.

A friend of Zahra is on holiday in Neyshabur at the moment, his name is Sadegh. He lives in in the Netherlands and is returning next week to Schiphol so I have asked him to bring back the envelop with Tayebeh’s cheeck samples for the DNA test. I will pick up the DNA sample as soon as he arrives at the airport. And I will probably bring the two samples personally to Tilburg.

So if all goes well, I will know the result by the end of August!

  1. Reza says:

I received two cotton tipped applicators (which are also called swab(s)) from a domestic medical laboratory today afternoon. They are steriled in a glassy tube.

I decide to go there for sampling on this coming Wednesday.

It seems everything goes well, of course under control.
